Troubleshooting

The following table describes common troubleshooting issues found when using the Eyemagnet Display software for the first time.

Issue Resolution

Firmware Update Required

The device should be updated to the latest supported version.

No Network

Ensure there is a valid internet connection to the device. A successful internet connection is indicated in the Samsung Network menu.

No Content Scheduled

Ensure there is valid content scheduled to the device within the CMS.

Black Screen or Blue Screen

Ensure there is valid content scheduled to the device within the CMS.

No Audio

Ensure both the device and the schedule, have a non-zero volume level within the CMS.
