Troubleshooting
The following table describes common troubleshooting issues found when using the Eyemagnet Display software for the first time.

Firmware Update Required |
The device should be updated to the latest supported version. Please refer to our Firmware Update Guide. |

No Network |
Ensure there is a valid internet connection to the device. A successful internet connection is indicated in the Samsung Network menu. |

No Content Scheduled |
Ensure there is valid content scheduled to the device within the CMS. Please refer to our CMS User Guide. |
|
Black Screen or Blue Screen |
Ensure there is valid content scheduled to the device within the CMS. Please refer to our CMS User Guide. |
|
No Audio |
Ensure both the device and the schedule, have a non-zero volume level within the CMS. Please refer to our CMS User Guide. |
