The following article outlines how to view and understand the Device History graph.

Device History graph

The Device History Graph displays the change in the number of online, offline and spare Devices over the past seven days. For example, an increase in offline Devices.

 

View the Device History Graph Panel

To view and understand the Device History graph, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to the Dashboard page and navigate to the Device History panel located in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  2. Hover your mouse over each plot point on the graph to display the date and the number of online, offline and spare Devices.
  3. Use the key in the bottom left-hand corner of the panel to define each section.

To view the graph in full-screen mode, click the Expansion icon in the top right-hand corner of the panel. Click the Expansion icon again to return out of full-screen mode.

 

Status Definitions

  1. Online: Devices that are currently active on your network.

  2. Offline: Devices that are not currently active on your network.

  3. Spare: Devices that have been marked spare on your network.
