Eyemagnet Android Display Provisioning

This Article explains how to use the Eyemagnet Android Provisioning tool. 


Device Requirements

  • Android OS 8.0+ (Oreo or higher) with USB debugging and ADB enabled
  • Internet connection (Ethernet preferred)
  • USB connection between Android device and Device

Install Eyemagnet Android Provisioning Tool

Initial Setup

  1. Power on the Android device.
  2. Connect device to PC via USB
  3. Connect a mouse/keyboard if the device is non‑touch.
  4. Connect the device to the internet.
  5. Connect device to display
  6. Ensure device has USB debugging and ADB enabled

Contact Eyemagnet Support regarding USB debugging and ADB if you are unsure.


Provisioning Steps

  1. Open the Eyemagnet Android Provisioning Tool.

  2. When the tool launches, the main menu will appear.
    Press any key to continue
  3. The tool will scan for connected devices and list them by serial number.

    Example: device 5bb29a39fa8efbb4 detected.

  4. Press 1 to select the detected device for configuration.

    If the device is not detected, investigate and resolve the connection issue before proceeding.
  5. The device information screen will appear.
    Confirm the details match the device you are provisioning, then select Y to continue.

  6. Enter your Eyemagnet login credentials when prompted.

    Contact Eyemagnet Support if you do not have an account.
  7. Select the appropriate team to assign the device to.

  8. The tool will download and install the Eyemagnet Display application.

    The device will reboot automatically when installation is complete.

  9. After reboot, the device will display the “Eyemagnet Device Un-registered” page.
    This confirms the installation was successful.

 



Contact Eyemagnet Support with the device’s serial number and the preferred device name to complete provisioning.
