Search for Screens

The following article outlines how to search through the Screen Library.

Search for Screens

To search for a particular Screen, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Search icon at the top of the Screen Library. This will display four free-text fields with the ability to search for Screens by name, Tags, Locations and comments.
  2. Start typing in one of the fields. The Screens Library will dynamically update to display the relevant Screen.
  3. Next, enhance your search by clicking on the Parameter icon next to the name field.
  4. Then, select one of the five options:
    1. Contains: this option will only display items that include the text you have written.
    2. Matches exactly: this option will only display items that match exactly the text you have written.
    3. Begins with: this option will only display items that begin with the text you have written.
    4. Ends with: this option will only display items that end with the text you have written.
    5. Excludes: this option will only display items that do not include the text you have written.
  5. The Screen Library will now be updated with the parameters you have set.
  6. To reset the Screen Library, simply remove the text you have written.

Screen Search

By default, the search fields are set to the Contains parameter.
