Multi-Select Media Items

How to Multi-Select

To use the Multi-Select tool, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Multi-Select button at the bottom of the Media Library.
2. Next, select the Media Items you would like to edit by clicking on the Checkbox next to each item.
3. Once you’ve selected the Media Items, click on the Select button.

To select multiple Media Items in a row:

1. Select the first Checkbox.
2. Then, holding the Shift key, select the Media Items in your row.
3. This will select any of the Media Items between the two selected items.

Edit settings using Multi-Select

To edit a parameter while in Multi-Select mode:

1. Click the Checkbox next to the parameters you would like to edit.
2. Edit the fields as necessary.
3. Once complete, click the Save button.
4. Any changes made will be applied.

Delete using Multi-Select

To delete multiple Media Items at once:

1. Click on the Multi-Select button at the bottom of the Media Library.
2. Select the Media Items you would like to delete by clicking on the Checkbox next to each item.
3. Click the Select Button to open the settings panel.
4. Then, click the Delete button at the bottom of the settings panel.
5. The Media Items will now be removed from the Media Library.
